Although we are based in the UK, we ship our products all across the globe. Please note that free delivery is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region. Customers are responsible for payment of any applicable taxes and/or duties in their respective country.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any defects which include marks, stains, damage or smells on the item(s) which suggest they have been worn will result in the return not being accepted. Any item received by us with damage caused by the buyer will be returned to the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange and/or refund of items that are not returned within 14 days of receipt and in compliance with our refund policy.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@kaneez.co from the email address you used to purchase the item(s). Provide us with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reasons for your return
- A copy of your receipt
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that all return shipping costs are incurred by the customer and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item(s) are delivered to us, therefore when returning items it is recommended to use recorded delivery, where items can be tracked and delivery confirmation is available. In the event that we do not receive your item(s) we will ask you to provide proof of postage. Please note, shipping return costs will not be reimbursed by ‘Kaneez Collection LTD’. ‘Kaneez Collection LTD’ will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Exceptions & non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including sale items or products purchased wholly or partially with gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and register the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@kaneez.co.
